Key Responsibilities: ☻ Showroom & Pet Care Tasks: Greet customers in our showroom and introduce them to our adorable puppies. Assist and interact with customers to help them choose the perfect puppy for their families. Must possess EXCELLENT people skills. We want cheerful, smiling faces that help customers feel good about our puppies and happy. Assist customers in completing contracts and purchases, and manage sales transactions. Must be willing to engage fully with customers—talk, be sociable, and make them feel comfortable. Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom by cleaning kennels and caring for our puppies—feeding them, providing water, and bathing them as needed. ☻ Telephone Marketing Tasks: Answer incoming calls from customers interested in purchasing a puppy. Call potential customers who have already expressed interest (cold calling is not permitted). ☻ Social Media Responsibilities: Record videos and take photos of puppies, and upload them per instructions. Requirements: Must have authorization to work in the U.S. Proof required at time of hire. Basic computer skills, including use of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
